Similar to a Neapolitan style pizza dough, this pre-portioned dough will puff up when cooked and leave you with an incredible pizza crust. You can say so long to the days of eating cracker-like, gluten free crusts. Doughs can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.

NM’s doughs come ready to decorate. Just remove from cardboard, top with your favorite toppings, and pop in the oven. If you have a pizza oven, great! This dough does well in high temperatures. If not, it works just as well in a conventional oven on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
