When are your products produced?

Every single item is made fresh to order and is shipped unfrozen.

When do you ship orders?

We ship all orders our Monday-Wednesday to ensure freshness upon receipt. We do not use preservatives so we do not run the risk of a package sitting in a facility over the weekend.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Contact us right away and send photos of the problem in question, we’ll fix it for you! We do our best to make sure everything arrives to you without error but we’re all human and mistakes happen. The sooner you contact us the sooner we can make it right for you.

MOLD DISCLAIMER

Please understand we are not using preservatives in our products and weather during shipping can sometimes cause pesky mold. As they say “If it goes bad its good!” This isn’t common, but if you have an order arrive with mold just send us a photo. We will replace it right away.


Your products have no preservatives, how do you recommend storing them?

Freezing and refrigeration will always elongate the shelf life of our products! We recommend moving directly from your package to either your freezer or refrigerator. You can definitely store in the pantry if you wish, just know they must be eaten quickly and the rate at which they go bad will depend on the temperature in your home.
